WishPost商戶可在其WishPost賬戶中申請開具物流費用的發(fā)票。商戶可在WishPost官網(wǎng)上，點擊用戶名，選擇“支付設(shè)置”>“開具發(fā)票”，申請開具增值稅普通發(fā)票或形式發(fā)票。本篇FAQ將向您說明在WishPost上申請開具發(fā)票的前提條件和具體過程。

如何在WishPost中確認我的開票信息？

自北京時間2022年11月1日0時起，在WishPost中申請開具發(fā)票之前，所有WishPost商戶必需在其賬戶的“信息”頁面完成以下程序：

點擊您的用戶名，點擊“信息”，在“開票信息”部分填寫、確認、提交并維護準確的開票信息。

在上述頁面中瀏覽并贊成《Wish郵開票功能應(yīng)用守則》，然后提交準確的開票信息。

具體而言，若需要在WishPost中填寫開票信息，請首先登錄您的WishPost賬戶。在頁面右上角點擊用戶名，在下拉菜單中選擇“信息”。

在申請開具發(fā)票之前，首先需要填寫與您WishPost賬戶相關(guān)聯(lián)的商戶公司的準確開票信息。如下圖所示，您可在“開票信息”部分填寫準確的開票信息。在此頁面填寫并提交后，您將無法再更改開票信息。因此，請在提交前細心核對開票信息，確保信息精確。每個WishPostID只能和一組開票信息相關(guān)聯(lián)。

在點擊“提交”前，您還需要勾選“開票信息”底部的“我已瀏覽并贊成《Wish郵開票功能應(yīng)用守則》”復(fù)選框。您可以點擊“Wish郵開票功能應(yīng)用守則”，瀏覽彈窗中的守則內(nèi)容（如下圖所示）：

認真瀏覽完后，請點擊“贊成”以關(guān)閉彈窗，并返回到“信息”頁面。

在完成以上程序后，點擊頁面底部的”提交“，以提交您的開票信息。請注意，一旦提交，只有通過聯(lián)系WishPost客服才可以對開票信息進行修正。成功確認并提交開票信息后，“信息”頁面顯示如下：

如何在WishPost上申請開具發(fā)票？

依據(jù)上述程序填寫并提交準確的開票信息后，您可以在WishPost主頁點擊右上角的用戶名，在下拉菜單中選擇”支付設(shè)置“>”開具發(fā)票”：

在此頁面，您在上述程序中提交的開票信息將主動填充到相應(yīng)地位，不可手動填寫或作者（如下圖所示）。填寫其他所需信息，并點擊“提交”，即可申請開票。

EffectiveNovember1,202200:00BeijingTime,allWishPostmerchantsmustcompletethefollowingnewrequirementsontheirWishPostaccount’sInformationpagebeforeapplyingforinvoicesonWishPost:

Input,confirm,submit,andmaintaintheircorrectbillinginformationfortheirWishPostaccountinthe“BillingInformation”poftheusericon>InformationpageonWishPost.

Agreeelectronicallytothe“PolicyforWishPostInvoiceIssuanceFunction”onthesameabove-mentionedpagebeforesubmittingthecorrectbillinginformation.

Specifically,toenteryourbillinginformationonWishPost,logintoyourWishPostaccount.Selectyourusername downinthetoprightcorner,andselect‘Information’fromthe down.

BeforeyouareabletoapplyforinvoicesonWishPost,youneedtofirstenterthecorrectbillinginformationofthemerchantcompanyassociatedwiththisWishPostaccount.Inthescreenshotshownbelow,youmayenterthecorrectbillinginformationinthe“BillingInformation”(“開票信息”)pofthepage.Onceentered,reviewed,andsubmittedonthispage,yourbillinginformationcannolongerbechanged.Therefore,pleasereviewthebillinginformationyouentercarefullyaseachWishPostIDmayonlyhaveonesetofbillingformationassociated.

Atthebottomofthe“BillingInformation”p,youmustalsoclickacheckboxtoindicatethatyouagreetothe“PolicyforWishPostInvoiceIssuanceFunction”,asshownbelow,beforeclicking“Submit”.Youmayclickonthe“PolicyforWishPostInvoiceIssuanceFunction”hyperlinktoviewtheentiredocumentinapopupmodalthatfollows:

Afteryoucarefullyreadthroughtheabovedocument,click“Agree”tocloseoutthepopupmodalandreturntotheInformationpage.

Aftercompletingtheabovetwosteps,click“Submit”atthebottomofthepagetosubmityourbillinginformation.Notethatonceyousubmitthebillinginformationyouentered,itcannotbechangedwithoutcontactingtheWishPostCustomerServiceteam.YourWishPost‘Information’pagewilllooklikethebelowonceyouhavesuccessfullyconfirmedyourbillinginformation.
